Fully-Automated Pneumatic Dosing System
Allows for a fully enclosed safe working environment and PLC controlled accurate dosing of raw materials.
12x Composite Extrusion Lines
Includes sheet extrusion up to 1600mm widths, fluted plank extrusions, mouldings, etc.
Profiling Lines
Range from 300mm to 1220mm widths, including Homag TENONTEQ D-500 double-end tenoner.
PUR Profile Wrapping Lines
Includes capability for wrapping PVC/Alu profiles, foamed extrusion mouldings, planks, etc.
Double-Sided Sanding Lines
Maximum sanding width up to 1600mm.
Temperature & Humidity
Controlled Acclimation Area
EUROKLIMAT (Italy) climate control system allows for accurate board acclimation prior to, and after lamination for consistent adhesion quality.
Saws
Including 2 beam saws and an automated panel saw capable of cutting up to 4000mm in length and 1600mm in width.
PUR Board Lamination Lines
Including automated 1220mm width wrapping line.
